Your life experience and wisdom are valued at Calvary Church, and there are lots of events and activities to keep senior adults (65+) engaged with each other and other generations.
Senior Adult Lunch
On the second Thursday of each month, join other seniors for a special speaker or entertainment, and a delightful lunch. These lunches are held all year long, with no break during summer! Current dates and topic will be posted here, so check back often. Buses pick up at EagleCrest and Scandia Shores—contact Stan McFall (below) for more info.
Thursday, May 9 / 12-2pm
Roseville Campus / Atrium
Richard Middleton will be sharing his presentation called “Folds of Honor.” This is about the historical background of the bugle call “Taps” as well as the folding of the American flag when presented at the conclusion of a military funeral. Richard shared on history of the American flag last year, and he’s coming back by popular demand!
