God has called believers to step outside their cultural comfort zones and make a difference in the lives of others. How? It’s really quite simple—start by helping just one person. As World Vision founder Bob Pierce once said, “Don’t fail to do something just because you can’t do everything.”

Impact Stories Live

Throughout the summer, you have an opportunity to hear from (or about) our Impact partners that serve at home and abroad. Here is the remaining Impact Stories Live session:

Sunday, August 25
Hospitality Center for Chinese (HCC)
Presentation by Tim Grunditz, Area Director
10am / Roseville Campus / Atrium

Hospitality Center for Chinese

During the months of July and August, hundreds of students will be arriving in the U.S. to attend the U of M starting in the fall. Our Impact partner Hospitality Center for Chinese (HCC) aims to help these students make a smooth transition to life in a new country. Here are some ways you can help:

Pick up students from airport, provide lodging and transportation to U of M. They will also need you to help them run errands. Just state the gender, number of students, and dates you have available in July and August, and we will find students that match!

Be part of the welcome team at the airport—hold signs and help with airport pickups. These little gestures of kindness make a big impact.

If you can help with either of these Hospitality Center for Chinese (HCC) opportunities, contact Bonnie Johnson.
