Being relational and Jesus-focused in order to transform lives is the heartbeat of discipleship at Calvary Church. Spiritual growth happens best when relationships are developed with other believers. Here are a few ways you can be involved in the discipleship ministry.

Small Group Coach

The development and recruitment of small group facilitators is serious business at Calvary. Small Group Coaches assist the Discipleship Pastor in achieving this two-fold aim. There are multiple small group coaches per campus and each coach is assigned a maximum of five small groups. Contact Tucker Anderson for more information.

Small Group Facilitator

The main task of a small group facilitator is to provide general group direction. This means communicating Calvary Church’s discipleship vision to the group and providing the direction for what the group will study. Calvary will provide all of the resources you need to ensure a successful small group. Contact Tucker Anderson for more information.

Study Group Writer

From September to May, a team at Calvary Church produces small group Study Guides which correlate with the weekly sermons. Multiple teams of writers develop these questions in order to ensure quality content. Contact Tucker Anderson for more information.

Life Group Leader

Life Groups are the mid-sized groups at Calvary Church. These groups can by anywhere from 20-80 people and are mostly divided by age and stage of life. Life Group leaders are the primary point of contact for the group. Contact Tucker Anderson for more information.
